Milwaukee, WI – On Sunday, the striving local Puerto Rican Festival will take place at Humboldt Park on Augist 14 in Milwaukee and its success is credited to the Puerto Rican Team (PRT), which the main financial backer is Victor Huyke from the Conquistador, LLC, a for-profit business and the Publisher of the weekly El Conquistador Newspaper. The PR Fest today is being operated as a for-profit business rather than a traditional non-profit organization, which indicates a for-profit business can help finance a successful event with other co-sponsors.
